Great spirits start with great ingredients, and at Brixeur, we cultivate an environment where nature and craft work in harmony. Our vineyards are bee-friendly, with rows of wildflowers planted throughout the estate to encourage pollinators. These bees play a crucial role in strengthening our vines and enhancing the growth of the farmed and foraged botanicals used in our spirits.

Beyond our vineyards, we are committed to preserving native Oregon ecosystems. A minimum of 50% of our land remains untouched, providing a sanctuary for local wildlife and ensuring that our footprint on native areas remains minimal.

As we expand our botanical farming program, we continue to grow ingredients for our gins, botanical vodkas, and cocktails organically—using the very soils and compost we cultivate. This terroir-driven approach gives Brixeur spirits a true sense of place, where every sip tells the story of our land.
