Ingredients
- 1.75 oz Brixeur Barrique Gin
- 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Water
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 dashes Distilled Lemon Verbena
Process
In a glass, mix the water and honey. Be sure to dissolve the honey completely by stirring vigorously, or heating it with the water to create a honey syrup. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
