The Spirit of Our Vines

No one else does it like this.

At Brixeur, we don’t just finish our whiskey in wine barrels—we finish it in our wine barrels. From vineyard to glass, our journey is entirely our own, creating a whiskey that carries the soul of our land, our grapes, and our craft.

Aging Like No Other

A True Winery-Distillery Fusion

At Brixeur, we don’t just age our whiskey in wine barrels—we age it in our wine barrels. From grape to grain, our process is entirely our own. It starts in the vineyard, where the same hands that craft the award-winning wines of Trisaetum now guide the evolution of our whiskey.

For nearly two decades, Trisaetum has been recognized as one of the premier wineries in the Willamette Valley, producing world-class Pinot Noir, Riesling, and Chardonnay that consistently earn 95+ point ratings from the likes of Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. With multiple Top 100 Wine rankings, the winery has set the standard for craftsmanship and terroir-driven excellence.

Now, that same uncompromising dedication extends into whiskey—creating something no one else in the world can offer.

How We're Different

Purified water from the ancient Ribbon Ridge Aquifer, located deep below the distillery, is used to cut all the spirits at Brixeur.  Rainwater filtered through 40-million-year-old high quartz marine sediments is transported back to the surface via our own exclusive well that bores 250 feet below the Ribbon Ridge vineyard to access the aquifer.

Most Brixeur whiskeys are single-barrel bottlings. This means that even though these barrels are finished similarly, your bottle of Brixeur whiskey is only akin to 200 others in the world. At Brixeur, we have a commitment to perpetuating quality, not replication.

Moments after racking wine out of a cask our whiskeys fill the barrel, fully capturing the fresh essence of the barrels past. We repeat this process multiple times in order to elevate the amount of influence the freshly-emptied wine casks have in finishing our whiskeys.

Brixeur is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley where world-class wines are cultivated in an abundance of varietals. Our whiskey finishing program takes advantage of Trisaetum's plethora of unique barrels, including Lassa late-harvest Riesling casks and Pinot Noir barrels specified by clone and AVA.

Distilling Botanicals

Our Gins

At Brixeur, we respect the gift nature has provided our gins. Therefore, we vow to optimize each botanical in our still, so as to get the purest, most authentic flavors and aromas from every individual ingredient. While our process is time-consuming and methodical, the reward is complex gins with transcendent depth.

Brixeur gins celebrate the diversity of botanicals grown, gathered, and foraged around the world and in our own backyard. Our gins include more than 70 distinct botanicals from six continents, Trisaetum's three vineyards, and our Brixeur botanical farm. We strive to showcase the bounty of the world and our local flora.
