Barrique Gin

We took inspiration from dry riesling to create a unique gin. After spending six months in a freshly emptied dry Riesling cask, this gin develops layers of tropical fruit and spice notes, complimenting the carefully selected botanical bill built around the traditional flavors of Oregon Riesling. Light on juniper with a tropical profile and depth from the barrel age, Barrique Gin can be adapted to any cocktail calling for gin, whiskey, or rum.
