Triple-aged in new charred American oak for 3 years then racked to a freshly emptied Trisaetum Pinot Noir cask for 6 months before racking into and finishing in a late harvest Trisaetum Riesling cask for a magical 6-12 months. A very limited one-of-a-kind Rye.
