Ingredients
- 2 ounces Brixeur Bourbon finished in Pinot Noir casks
- 8 Mint Leaves
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Process
In a metal mug or rocks glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup until fragrant. Add bourbon and crushed ice until the mug or glass is half filled and stir. Top with more crushed ice and a few mint leaves.
