Ingredients
- 1 ounce Brixeur Rye finished in Pinot Noir Casks
- 2 ounces Sweet Tea
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Orange bitters
- Lemon and Mint to muddle
Process
In a shaker tin, add a lemon wedge and a few mint leaves, then gently muddle these together. Next, add rye whiskey, sweet tea, bitters and ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a Collins or Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
