One of Brixeur Spirits' newest releases and the first in a series of botanical vodkas, we created this for those who don’t enjoy juniper but want something more than a standard vodka. A unique distillation of 6 local botanicals and our popular Vodka. It starts with a distinct union of three ingredients: wheat from the champagne region of France, potatoes from Poland, and Pinot Noir grapes from Trisaetum Winery, a vodka as complex as it is pure. We then hand-select a special blend of botanicals - blackberry, hazelnut, rose, lavender, fir needle, pinot noir - to bring you a true taste of the Pacific Northwest.
