Refund policy
There are no refunds and all sales are final. However, in the event your order was damaged, within five (5) days please take photos of the item, including all packaging, and send us an email with the order number, receipt, photos, your name, address, phone number, email, and description of the issue. We will be in contact to determine the appropriate next steps: lauren.donoho@brixeur.com.
If we sent the wrong Product to a consumer, we will arrange for a replacement through the Retailer.
